Maximize Coordination and Collaboration

In-person time is sacred, so here's how we make the best use of our time together:

  • After virtual Professional Development content has been consumed, we meet in-person.
  • Overview of the PD hits the high points, areas of concern based on course feedback, new updates, and anything else requested by the learners.
  • Then its on to collaboration and coordination... we use the rest of our time together for Guided Work sessions (think Defined Autonomy)

Why?

  • Dedicated time in the calendar to do the work of State Assessment
    • Allows learners to be fully-present in their other roles while on-campus
  • Allows learners to learn from one another, to brainstorm, to problem-solve in a group of job-alike peers
